Web Development Rates

It is difficult to specify every rate one can think of since every project is in itself different both in size and content. These are basic rates to be used as a guideline. Creating a unique layout with custom graphics and ease of navigation is a process that involves a high amount of artistic ability, creativity and organization skills. The amount of time that it takes to design a new project can vary greatly. When you order a custom website that will portray the image of your company, getting the initial design is the most difficult and time consuming part of the process.

Our services are billed at $60.00 per hour and will be billed at the end of the month or project, whichever the earlier and due 15 days after the invoice is sent. A timesheet detailing the time used to work on the job will be sent along with the invoice. Two percent late fee will be added to any past due invoices. Discounts and package offers may apply and all content is the responsibility of the client and must be supplied when the project commences. Currently payment is only accepted via Business Check. New Site Development
Again, the cost of a new site depends on the size and complexity of the site. We have created two packages that reflect two common client needs: The $200 One Page Quickie and the $500 Basic Plan (3 pages, no graphics - "home" page, "contact us" page, and and "about us" page) for those who want a no frills website for a fixed cost. If your needs are more complex, you will receive a proposal based on an initial meeting where we decide what you want your site to do for you, and we'll go from there. To get an idea, a simple and elegant site generally runs about $300 for the first page and $120 for each additional page, assuming you supply the text and photos. To set up that meeting, please

Site Improvement
The cost for making your existing site work better can be a great investment. Our basic rate for Site Improvement is $50/hr. After looking at the site and discussing the specifics of what you want to change, we can give you a ballpark estimate for what the total cost will be.

Site Monitoring
In order to maximize your site's usefulness to yourself and your customers, monitoring, maintenance and regular updating is important. Monitoring involves checking your site 3 times/week to make sure everything is working properly and informing you if work must be done.

Monthly Site Maintenance
Monthly Maintenance includes all text type updates to a page as well as replacing photos and replacing non-html informational pages such as pdfs (also includes Monitoring). We have monthly plans available based on your needs. Listed below are several maintenance programs but we can customize your plan.

•2x3 Program - $300 for 3 months of web site maintenance
          / 2 hours per month
• 2x4 Program - $360* for 4 months of web site maintenance
          / 2 hours per month (typically used for quarterly updates)
• 2x6 Program - $600 for 6 months of web site maintenance
          / 2 hours per month
• 2x12 Program - $1,200 for 12 months of web site maintenance
          / 2 hours per month
• 3x3 Program - $450 for 3 months of web site maintenance
          / 3 hours per month
• 3x6 Program - $810* for 6 months of web site maintenance
          / 3 hours per month
• 3x12 Program - $1,620* for 12 months of web site maintenance
          / 3 hours per month

As-Needed Site Maintenance
For sites that do not require monthly maintenance, we can do your updates and fixes as you need them on an hourly basis. Our basic rate for As-Need Maintenance is $60/hr.
