Retainer Service Rates
SBSS can provide for you services services that your business does not have the time or expertise to handle on a retainer basis. Because we offer Accounting and Bookkeeping services, Desktop design and publishing and Web Development retainer services vary based on your needs.
Our retainer service is basically a 10% discount to the services you wish to have performed on a regular basis. Our standard services pricing varies depending on the quantity of work involved so it is difficult to list a dollar amount for the services you wish to have done. A number of other factors also influence our pricing. Our services are tailored to accommodate your specific needs and circumstances. With each account, we make an assessment on the basis of your request and then we offer you a custom quote. In case we cannot help due to technological/software incompatibility or other genuine reasons, explanation will be given. Since each quote is tailored, it may take a few days to perform the review and send the custom quote.
Our rates are competitive and affordable. We provide quality service at rates that give maximum advantage to our esteemed customers. At SBSS, clients’ satisfaction is given priority over our profits.
Services on average are billed at $60.00 per hour but with our retainer service your discounted rate averages around $50.00 per hour. Services are billed at the end of each quarter and due 15 days after the invoice is sent. A timesheet detailing the time used to work on the job will be sent along with the invoice. Two percent late fee will be added to any past due invoices.
Currently payment is only accepted via Business Check. Returned check fees will be added to your account.
