Retainer Services
SBSS provides the accounting services, desktop publishing services and web development services on a retainer basis. These services are billed on a quarterly basis.
Because our services are tailored to accommodate your specific needs and circumstances we make an assessment taking into consideration which of our services you wish to contract. On the basis of this, we offer a custom quote. In case we cannot help due to technological/software incompatibility or other genuine reasons, explanation will be given. Since each quote is tailored, it may take a few days to perform the review and send the custom quote.
Our rates are competitive and affordable and we provide quality service at rates that give maximum advantage to our esteemed customers. At SBSS, clients’ satisfaction is given priority over our profits.
Retainer services will be billed at the end of each quarter and are due 15 days after the invoice is sent. A timesheet detailing the time used to work on your jobs will be sent along with the invoice. Two percent late fee will be added to any past due invoices.
Currently payment is only accepted via Business Check. Returned check fees will be added to your account.
