SBSS provides the accounting services that your business does not have the time or expertise to handle, such as payroll processing, accounts payable and accounts receivable management, and financial statement preparation and analysis.
The standard rate of our Accounting and Bookkeeping services varies depending on the quantity of work involved. A number of other factors also influence our pricing structure. Our Accounting and Bookkeeping services are tailored to accommodate your specific needs and circumstances. With each account, we make an assessment taking into consideration the quantity and complexity of the work involved and turn-around-time required. On the basis of this, we offer a custom quote. In case we cannot help due to technological/software incompatibility or other genuine reasons, explanation will be given. Since each quote is tailored, it may take a few days to perform the review and send the custom quote.
Our Accounting and Bookkeeping service rates are competitive and affordable. We provide quality service at rates that give maximum advantage to our esteemed customers. At SBSS, clients’ satisfaction is given priority over our profits.
Services on average are billed at $60.00 per hour. Services will be billed at the end of the month or project, whichever the earlier and due 15 days after the invoice is sent. A timesheet detailing the time used to work on the job will be sent along with the invoice. Two percent late fee will be added to any past due invoices.
Currently payment is only accepted via Business Check. Returned check fees will be added to your account.
